REMINDERS [Revised 2022]

* Sunderland Woods Homeowners Association annual dues are due no later than May 31 each year.  The SWHA mailing address is:

* Please pick up after your dogs!

* From the by-laws: “No signs, signboards or advertising structures of any kind shall be erected or placed on said lot at any time except for signs advertising the property for sale.”

* Please reduce your driving speed throughout the development.

* Burn Permits are required for any fire not within a barbecue pit or larger than 30 inches diameter. Please present your permit to a board member. (See Fire Prevention information in Forms and Documents)
